I have Samuel but not his wife. They had 12 children , Ssamuel 1834, Elizabeth & Sarah 1836 (died 1838) Marth Ann 1838, Sarah 1841, Louisa 1842, Simeon , 1844, Henry 1846, George 1847, James 1850, William 1854 and Thomas 1857. Has anyone any other details ? I would love to know how to trace back from Samuel 1809 to see if he had any brothers & sisters as I have found a Benjamin Dowsett born a bit later who was also born in Bethnal green. How do I research further back than the cencuses go? HELP please I am a novice!!
