There's an internet site that has the DAR records (Ancestry.com), but it's a fee-required site. As I recall, I paid something like twenty bucks for a 3-month enrollment membership, and I got my money's worth out of it. I believe also that all the Family History Centers of the LDS have the volumes of books. My local FHC has them, but I don't recall how they are indexed.
