Hello List Members, Frances Isabell Downing was born 23 Mar 1879 probably in Blackwell, OK. She was married to Albert Scribner and they had four children: Frances, Crawford Albert, Mary Ida, and Frank Albert. Her death was on 31 Mar 1973. If this family appears in any of your family trees, I would like to hear from you. I have a little information to share, but my research, to date, has been primarily on the Scribner lines.
