Sue, I just saw your reply on the Downing Forum. I'm sorry, I can't give you any more information on the Canadian Downings. All I have is a great grandfather born in Harvey, Nova Scotia. The rest were in aroostook county, Maine. These Downings have been very elusive. It is the one line I have found absolutely nothing on. No on-line cuzzies, not even a hint. Right now, the ladies seem to be producing far better than the men. ;-) Thanks, Jackie
