Allie - you probably have seen THE DOWNING OF EUROPE AND AMERICA, but in case: on p. 341 are listed the wives and children of James Downing. His 1st wife was Lucinda Woodall with whom he had two children. The 2nd wife was Eliza Parris, and one of the children of this couple was Macachi Downing who m. 1st Eliza Vann and 2nd Sallie Still.
