Good Luck!! I tried to access my file to make corrections and wasn't able to. I finally asked to have them delete the whole file because I couldn't access it to do it myself. They sent me nasty e-mails about reading the directions carefully and when I asked them to delete it, they couldn't figure it out themselves for about 6 months. That's when I found out they shared my file with myfamily.com and rootsweb as well without my permission. I don't deal with ancestry.com anymore myself!! Ilene
