I do think that some folks are just not too educated on working with graphics, and that's probably more of a problem than the way you're sending them. I do find that sending a graphic file in .jpg format is absolutely the best way. You don't lose any quality and it uses less byte space than other formats, like .bmp or .gif or whatever. Bottom line: You're doing it just fine as far as I'm concerned! - Ray
