The only info I've gotten so far is that her father came from the Free Irish State. Anna was born 3/25/71 & married my gfather Herbert Hotaling. They lived in Syracuse, NY. I have info on the Hotaling family but I'm running into a wall with the Downing connection. I would appreciate knowing if there is a connection with John Downing.
