Photo was taken in Mt. Pleasant (Henry Co.) IA, and she looks to be about 40-45. I found Marietta in the 1860 census for Trenton (Henry Co.) IA, age 9, daughter of Isaac and Nancy Turner. By 1880, she was age 30, married to George Downing, age 34, and they lived Danbury (Red Willow Co.) NE with daughters Leora & Alice, and sons Samuel & Robert. In 1900, birthdate is May 1850 and she lived with sons in Tippecanoe (Henry Co.) IA. PMT shows that she died 6 Nov 1907 and is buried Henry Co.
