Mine too. I am very interested in having Y-DNA testing done on my Downing line. My cousin, a male Downing, is the end of the Y-line for Downing in our family. It is suspected that he has Klinefelter syndrome (xxy chromosomal malady) and is therefore, not a good candidate for y-dna results. I am searching for cousins, specifically a male Downing relative who would be interested in submitting dna for Y-line testing. I'm searching for Downing's in Minnesota and Wisconsin who can trace back to Phineas or his son, Wilford or Wilfred Downing d. 1850 in Platte River, Nebraska, presumably on the California Trail. he was from Michigan or Ohio.
