HE died in 1914 and I do not know where.I am related to his son Levi P Downing. I am looking for his parents, I have heard conflicting things. I have heard Samuel Downing was his dad and have also heard a cherokee leader named Lewis Downing was his dad. If anyone has any solid information on him that would be great!
