I just peeled it, cut it in half lengthwise, seeded it, then cut it up in small chunks. I par boiled it a bit to soften it up, mashed it, added butter and brown sugar. By that time its pretty much cooked, so I popped it in the microwave to finish it off and melt the butter and brown sugar. Nancy
