Shirley B, That is the way it is around here. No jobs, and the ones with jobs worried how long they will have one. I honestly think we are headed back to the old farm life and the way you and I were brought up. Our water heater went out last week, I told Larry,(a true city boy) just forget about it we don't need that much hot water. LOL he said what are you going to do about baths? I said the river is right down below us the indians take river baths we can too. He seriously thought I had lost my mind. I laughted and told him it hasn't been that long since we heated water on the back of the stove for all our hot water needs. HE KNEW I WAS CRAZY THEN. ROFLMAO. wouldn't want to do that again but could if i had to. dot jo ----- Original Message ----- From: <SMtblubrd@aol.com> To: <down-home-chatter@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, September 25, 2009 7:34 PM Subject: Re: [DOWN-HOME-CHATTER] where has everyone gone??? > > In a message dated 9/25/2009 1:25:28 A.M.
