Daughter & hubby had a hog butchered last week and it was ready Sat. We had to make our sausage late Sat. nite, it sure is good. The bacon sure looks good. Shirley B. you make me long for hog killing time. We never had the beef just milk cows. I loved working up the meat. Mom would make pans of bisquits and when the sausage got done we tore into it. with home made pickles.
