What the heck do you heat with????? We are total electric & our last bill was $196.00 & I just about had a stroke because it was so darn high. Almost $100.00 higher this tear than last. Milly, since you work part time, don't they cut you any taxes at all? Even though you might not need to file, couldn't you file on the wages you made? Then you would get the $400 instead of the $250.
