    3. Marilyn, I planted the topsy turvy's tomatos late.   They do have several blooms..............Jim took all the things out of the top of one of them that the birds had put in for a nest.   Before he got some fine screen on them, they had already been busy, filling it up again.   Persistent little things..................If you find the name of the granules , let me know...........Jim put down some the other day,  I think that is what drove them all over the place.  I watered to re activate the granules, but they were faster than I was.  Jim got his good ole' ortho spray out, and they aren't as many, but they are not dead either...................yuk !   sam Sam, Our Topsy Turvey Tomatoes are doing great also.  We have 8 tomatoes on one of them & the others have blooms. I'm so in a hurry for home grown tomatoes & cucumbers & peppers. My niece brought us a batch of Snap Peas & 4 cucumbers. They sure were good. My cucumbers aren't doing so good.  I had one of the Topsy Turvy's with cucumbers & they died.  Don't have a clue as to what happened except that maybe Don kept it to wet. Don gets a granular stuff for ticks & chiggers at MFA & it really works good. I find out what it is & let you know.   Marilyn ----- Original Message ----- From: "Sam Loudermilk" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, June 19, 2009 7:22 AM Subject: Re: [DOWN-HOME-CHATTER] Tick removal > Jenny, I didn't mean to say Walmarts.
