Ladies, I got a great banana pudding recipe last week from a lady who brought it to Vacation Bible School. She says it's fine to use sugar-free and fat-free. She doubles the recipe for large gatherings. First, mix 1 (3.4oz) box Banana Cream instant pudding with 1½ cups milk (not 2) as the pkg. directs. Fold in 1 small tub Cool Whip. Set aside. Next, layer in a bowl, vanilla wafers, bananas, then pudding. Repeat layers ending with pudding on top. Garnish with a few crushed vanilla wafers. Store in refrigerator. Joyce
