Well, tonight was the night where I cook what I want and make what Nakai likes.. which was .. Me.. fried everything LOL Okra,green tomatoes and taters Him: shrimp with fettuccine Alfredo, and tossed salad/rolls I hate shrimp!! And went pee U when peeling those buggers.. Now I do like southern fried fish with hush puppies,fries and cole slaw.. You will NEVER get me to eat raw oysters.. I tried one time was totally gross and looked like a glob of snot! I just took a shower not long ago when in comes David .. he whizzed in and was flopped on the bed talking to his dad. Someone over at Maile's complex ripped off some stuff in his van.. his stereo and how they got it Dave locked the van but forgot about the small windows and that's how they got in and he said looked like they were trying to steal his van..So he brought it back here and Maile picked him up (after stopping in the kitchen to see what goodies I had.. She took the last of the mango bread and two pieces of the fried okra that she wanted John to taste..Oh, and while Dave was waiting on her he finished up a pork chop and chinese chicken salad I made yesterday.. LOL AND he took my laptop (after asking his Dad ) He Got a call form Work Force about a fork lift job but he said if it was just for a few days he is going to take the job to KY. It sure is good to see him filling out. He is a tall man a good 6'3-4" We were supposed to go to Washougal today but Nakai had to go help my friend Ella's hubby with his porch. And Wednesday Nakai goes to the VA clinic here .. I called Wal mart pharmacy regarding that $300 metformin and the doctor changed it .. so I will be stopping to pick that up Wednsday as well..It cost $8 So I guess tomorrow will be another oh hum day for me.. I alternate from computer to reading to keep from getting bored.. I will be going back to the library Wed while he is at the clinic and get a new supply of books. I just hope and pray I never lose my sight as I love to read etc..I used to go by Sears to get to the mall library and pass SEE's candy store but I decided not to torture myself so go another entrance now.. which is kinda just as bad as it is a cookie/cinnimon bun shop and worse going back down the escalator there is Baskin Robins! Marilyn, I don't know all the problems. She said dr's thinks she has heart failure because the legs and feet are swollen beyond belief. She can't walk more than 3 or 4 steps. Also she has an infection in her eyes and can't see to get on the computer. Sounds like more problems but those are the only two she told me about. One of our gals here on the list is in need of prayers that would be Lois.. She sure does Shirley H., I just talked with her for about 45 minutes. Didn't reliaze she was in such bad health. If any one has free long distance I think she would enjoy a call. Sorry to hear about David's bad forture. It is going to get worse and worse. People are really beginning to hurt and are going to be doing that to meet their needs. I went shopping after larry's dr.'s appt.
