Shirley, I just buy the Apple pie filling at "Save a lot" for a $1.00 a can. Would like to make the home made pie filling like mom made but don't have her recipe. Then I buy the jumbo can biscuits roll them out thin and fry in veg. oil. They are good but mom made her own dough and pie filling and they were delicious!!! Wish I had paid more attention instead of just eating them.
