Joyce also I have heard to cover the tick with vaseline thus the tick can't breathe and will back out on it's own. I want the thing off me as fast as possiable and don't take the time to do this. LOL just grab the thing and pull it out!!!!!! know I shouldn't but I do. I'm With Sam going out today and get something to spray the area with. I have black ants, ticks, spiders so need something powerful. Ticks seem to be real bad this year also snakes. All the wet Weather washing them out of their holes I guess!!!!!! That's good to know Joyce. I'll try it the next time don gets a tick on him. He gets a lot of them as he is out & about more than I am. I'll also use it on me if needed.
