I remember the dates, just not how many years. Talked with my son yesterday, it was his birthday, I said "Happy 40th" , He said MOM, who do you think is 40? He was 33. don't know why I do this, but son, gets older every time I talk to him. Our youngest daughter, was 14 when Mark came into the world, maybe I am still in shock. LOL....................sam Sounds like me Sam I forget our anniversary because we were married on the 5th of 57 and son was born on 7th of 58 or vise aversa. he he and on the 8th of 57 Larry got the job of his career. I worked at Woolworth Five & Dime for a couple of years, then at the American Herford Association, registering Polled Herford cattle ( boy some of those applications were the nastiest things you ever saw, cow dung on them). We wore rubber gloves to open the mail & to handle them. Then I got married & like you started having babies. 3 was plenty for me. When the kids were teens I went to work for The Kansas City Election Board. Was there for 5 years. Then started being Grandma & really have enjoyed that, then comes GREAT Granddaughters & Oh how much fun that is. Have been happily married to Don for 49 years come Nov. 18th (most of the time), just joking but it has been more good than bad.
