Your'e doing good without it...200 is norm....I don't take cholestrol drugs...I refuse.....I got my cholestrol down from 247 to 192 and going down without it.....Olives oil , rasins, and peacans, are what's helping me....I still eat more fried foods and steak that you're supposed to be able too..Lots of butter and sugar too.....
