Marilyn I know the registering of the ammo would not PREVENT someone from murder BUT it would be easy to trace WHERE and WHO purchased it. That was my understanding of the article. You have to show your driver's license when purchased and then coded most likely on the receipt or a computerized cash register???? I agree on the death penalty...also for molesting children... We own several guns & we would not hesitate to use them if needed to protect our home or our lives. There is a law that states you have the right to protect your domain & person.
