Hey Shirley, I've never seen canned chicken or hamburger. I've had soup that was canned with hamburger in it, but I thought the hamburger tasted tough. Didn't like it. Prefer to can soup and then add hamburger when I get ready to eat it. I always try to keep a good supply of canned stuff and thank goodness right before we had the heavy snow storm I got us milk to last.. Charles, I know you do canning and I went to a class that was on food preparedness and saw for the first time a mason jar with canned hamburger, chicken.?
