Sam, I do believe until the American people get off their butts and take a stand nothing is going to change. We can blame it on Bush, The Clintons, Ford, Oboma but we have no one to blame but OURSELFS. we the people have sit back and let the government give us freebies until that is what we expect. The government to hand out stimius checks to help us buy the big things we think we need instead of working like our forefathers did. I, for one still have some of the pride my parents instilled in me. Although this morning on a show I heard this is WRONG to have pride. That is one thing the government can't take away from me. Now, I'm not saying I'm proud of what I have, but I am, because I have worked for everything I have the government has given me nothing, but taxes on top of taxes., and I'm not that proud that I won't ask for help if I should need it but it will be because I can't work and help myself before I ever ask for help from them. Not like so many of the people of today. I know of case after case where parents are on government help and their children are growing up and applying for this same help simply because it's there and they haven't been taught any better!!! Dot Jo Dot Jo, I go to church with a Home-Health Nurse, and she was visiting in a home and asked a small boy what he wanted to do when he grew up and he replied, "I want to draw." She asked, "You want to be an artist?" He said, "No, I want to draw a check." Situations like this make me cringe when I hear of cuts in education funding. Joyce

Joyce, I think we all know of situations like these and we can't do a dang thing about it I think that is what makes us sooooooo mad about it.
