The humming birds will come around if there are any kind of flowers for them to get nectar from or if there are feeders out for them. My grandparents lived in Vancouver & yes there are snakes there. I don't know what kind but they are there. Well, I will make sure to buy a feeder at Wallies and get my tiny birds some food (what? sugar/water)? I guess the snakes would be in the forests not in civilization huh???? I saw a bear when we were first here back in 92 .. Mailes place was up in Brush Prairie in the hills of Christmas trees!? I am tired ..gonna take a break..
