Hi June.. good to be back and good to see you posting.? I have a friend here from Texas..well she was born in TX but married a guy from VA.. Ella was in the navy and so was he.. They moved to Vancouver 3 yrs ago.. Last Sunday she brought me some smoked pork ribs to church that she had smoked.. they were our supper Ha ha.. Hope all is well with you.. Marilyn, I have the same aol addy..? BTW,the orchid you sent me way back when we first arrived is still alive and smiling !!? My Cherokee trail violet bit the dust ..boo hoo but my trailing violet is still doing very good considering that this is a basement apartment and I have to use artificial light..that Is the only fault I have with this place as I just HAVE to have some live plants around me..My bonsai wisteria and lilac has spent the winter outside on the patio and I looked at both of them and see buds forming.. right now that soil in the planters is hard as a rock!? I love Washington.. been here through the 4 seasons and marveled at the beauty of the flowering trees and fall colors of the trees in the fall.. well back to the emails!!
