Hopefully your Bishop will have the code, Shirley, unless he got the free trial. Then you definitely would have to pay to keep it. Unless you have a lot of programs & stuff that wasn't on it when bought, you might be better off to do a restore. You need to ask your Bishop if all the programs that are on there came with the PC or if he added anything. If he didn't add, then they would all still be there. You might try emailing Microsoft support & ask them if there's a way to go back to XP. Well, gotta get some sleep. I have to take Jeannie to her eye doctor's appointment early tomorrow. She had lasik eye surgery today, so she's not able to see to drive yet. She's having to keep her eyes closed until they heal. Maybe by tomorrow evening, she will be able to open them. Nite! Bobbie
