I would just as soon they keep mine! last one we got health insurance went up, electric went up, taxes tripled, groceries went up,and we all know about the gas prices. Dot Jo, there is nothing on the IRS site about a stimulus payment for this year. I keep hearing other people say they have heard there might be another stimulus payment for this year, but so far I haven't seen any proof of that. For those that didn't get the full amount allowed last year can do a worksheet this year on their income tax & might recover what they didn't get last year. It's called a Recovery Rebate Credit. Talk about luck, I have the best of it all. I never have gotten my $300.00 stimulus check for last year yet, I owed some money on my taxes, but they said when I and my tax person have called, the checks go to one dept and the paperwork goes to another, anyway, the paper work is lost. I talked to someone inGA the other day from IRS, and I had to send copies of all my forms again. I think I am going to need it for the utility bills this month., out of site, was so cold here, even we only had snow in the mtns. they cashed my check, but my stimulus check, did not get on the lest.
