Shirley, I just brown the pork chops in a pan with a slight amt of oil, When they are brown I put in a 2 cans of sour krout on top of them and let them simmer. Turning them about every 15 to 20 minutes, mixing up the sour krout. When they are almost done, I add about 2 tablesspoons of oil and mix again, taking the lid off the pan, I like the sour krout a little brown............................my family loves this dish..................................sam Have you ever tried sour krout and pork chops? Sam I used to have a recipe for chops & Kraut, do you have one? I love thyem but can't remember how to make them..
