In 1999, same thing happened there, the sirens didn't go off. There was a delay of exactly 15 minutes. Both times 99' and friday, was too late to take cover. It is a wonder no one was killed. Lady gets out and asks are you aunt Sallie's daughter? It was a first cousin I hadn't seen in about 40 years with her nephew whom I hadn't seen since he was tiny!!!! Sure was glad to see her we had a nice little visit in the middle of the road. Several members of her family had passed away and she didn't know, including my mom. THEN, about 12 grandson informed me he had to leave for work in an hour. Fixed his lunch,packed his dinner then got a call daughters well had gone out. So left everything and Larry and I took off up there to help with that. They got that fixed so I pulled weeds around her flower beds while she took baby for it's shots. Came home, washed luncheon dishes, gathered in clothes, mopped kitchen took a shower and am relaxing before folding clothes and putting them away. Have to can beets tomorrow. Milly, I bet it is pretty. daughter has a rose on her right ankle. My grandbabies have pulled my dangle earrings until the holes cover the ear lobe. LOL streached them so far I'm thinking of letting them grow up and repierceing. Granddaughter has a tatto (forget what) with her son's name tattoed right in her crack AND wears these low slung jeans. Me too Shirley and I have grand kids with their tongues pierced...Yuck is right. If I ever go into a restaurant and a waiter comes over with a ring in their nose and eyebrow I will ask for another or leave. I can't stand to see the eyebrows pierced...I cringe.
