I am looking for living relatives of George W Dowell who was born in 1870 Durham, Sth Shields, England. Could this be the same George Welsh Dowell you are also researching. He married Eleanor Maud Wilson in Durham, England and they had 4 children, 3g's/1b. I would be interested in finding out.
