    3. Does anyone know if the Little Berr Dowell who is in Vigo Co, IN in the 1830 census (age 30-40) is the same Littleberry who is indexed as being in Breckenridge Co, KY in 1820 and 1840? I don't find a Littleberry there in 1830. Thanks for any help you may be able to give. Renee L. Dauven

    3. According to Harry G. Holt's "History of Martin Co, IN" (1953), a John Dowell served in the Civil War in the 17th Regiment Co. A, from Martin Co, IN. Also a Charley Dowell, Sr. was a blacksmith sourth of Shoals. Does anyone know anything about these pair of Dowell fellows? Any help with Dowells in IN would be greatly appreciated. Renee L Dauven
