His name is James E Dowell, not sure what his middle name is, I don't have anything in my correspondence with him to indicate it. My last correspondence with Jim was in Aug 1996, and he lived in Walnut, CA at that time. We wrote back and forth for a few years. Then seems we lost contact with each other.
