Need a little more information. I have a Albert Harrison Dowell, Green Co NC 1850 & Wake Co 1860. I have lots of George W. Dowells but have not identified any as George Wayne, what state and year are we talking about. . What was George's wife's first name? Parents of George Wayne Dowell Jasper born 1822 or 1823 married to Luritia or Letitia Hardin born 12/10/1835. ncesry.com has this date. One place my husband has her listed as born 1826. Her mother was Malinda Beard born 4/10/1810 father John Hardin born 1/25/1804. 1860 census has George as 4. 1870 census has him as 14. Nothing in 1880. George born 9/1855 Ohio Marriage license 10/25/1880 to JennieL. Washburn in Ferris Twp. Montcalm County, Mi. Son Oct 1881 Albert Harrison 6/23/1888 Marriage License to Eva Davis (maiden name Burns) in then Dushville now isWinn Mi 1900 census Bloomfield twp Isabella Co, MiHe had a wife Mary and sons Albert and Herbert1910 census in Bloomfield twp, Isbella Co. Mi . In his household were son Albert and daughter in law Alice with son Lloyd. Alice is my husbands grandmother and Lloyd is his uncle.
