I've "rescued" an old photograph album including 31 family photographs. Two photographs included in the album are identified: 1-Joseph I. HALL, probably taken in the 1870's or 1880's, no location 2-S.E. Marie DOWELL, taken at the Morrison Studio in Harrisonburg, VA when she was just 8 months old and 20 lbs., looks to have been taken in the 1880's or 1890's There are other photographs in the album which appear to also be of Joseph I. HALL or other male relatives who look very much like him leading me to believe that this is a family album. Most of the photographs are from Harrisonburg, however, there is at least one photograph of a gentlemen from Lima, Ohio and an infant from Carlisle, PA. Photographs in the album appear to date from the 1860's including some tin types. I'm hoping to locate someone from these families so that this precious collection of family photographs can be returned to family.
