Birth date and death is what I have. I am trying to finish what my brother Bill started. He has John Dowell as father. Martha Phillps as mother. He also had him being born in Ohio. All the census has him born in Indiana. I've not checked Lawrence County. Others has him being born in Bartholomew County.
