Ella is also in the 1900 census living with her maternal grandmother Susan Lane in Morganton, Burke County. I can't find any trace of her in the 1910 census. I'm hoping to find that her father was Coke Hill Wynn, Jr. Thus far no luck. This is the information I have: Ella Mae Wynn Dowell b. 12 Sep 1889 d. 4 Oct 1975 widow; lived at 26143 Dacian St. , Winston-Salem, NC died at the Manor Care Nursing Home burial at Woodland Cemetery in Winston-Salem on 6 Oct 1975. Someone tried to find an obituary for her but said there wasn't one. I'm rather surprised at that. I do know that sometimes obits are delayed in being posted and am not sure how many days out this individual searched. Any suggestions or information would be appreciated.
