After some very quick checking, I suspect, but do not yet know, that both Sarah's family and Philip's migrated to Rowan County into a section that is now Davie County from Anne Arundel County, Maryland--perhaps with a stop over in Frederick County, Maryland. If I am correct, Philip's family likely arrived in NC before the Revolution and Sarah's a few years after that War. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
