Carolina supposedly in one of either Caswell, Granville, or Pearson counties. William married on 18 Oct 1826. to Nancy DICKENS, daughter of Samuel Dickens of Caswell county, N. Carolina and Nancy HEFLIN originally from Beaverdam Creek, Virginia but whose family also lived in Caswell or Granville Counties, N. Carolina. Children included Louiza R. Fraser,Thomas J. Fraser, Joseph Fraser, Mahala E. Fraser, James R. Fraser, and Henry Alexander Fraser. William had a brother Thomas Fraser married to Mahala Dickens. Known locations of these family members include Laclede county, Missouri, Marion and Jefferson counties, Illinois, possibly Sumner county or Wilson counties, Tennessee, as well as N. Carolina.
