I *beleive* underline that, that Jeff Dover must of moved between 1852 and 1856, maybe early 1857. But since that is the year he married Meranzia Hayes, I kinda of doubt it, but who knows. Also, I figured I would check with the list about Forest City, Ark. Anyone got kin from that area? Or close by? I can't seem to figure out what county that is in.
