There's a story in one part of David Dover's family that he was one of seven sons or maybe the last of seven sons. David was born 1814 SC. This is the John who I suspect went to Buncombe Co., NC by 1820. Bailey, John, Frederick, Jeptha, Eijah, etc. all seem to fit in this family. It seems so logical that it must not be true.
