The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home with the Rev. J.O. McLeod officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill West Cemetery. Mrs. Parker, a native of Wilson, N.C., was owner and operator of Parker's Truck Stop, Middleburg, for 10 years. She was a Baptist. Survivors include two sons, Kenneth "Bud" Woodard, Reno, Nev., and Ralph Woodard, Palatka; four daughters, Peggy Hamby, Palatka, Judy Quinn, Kinston, N.C., Jane Dover, Belvedere, and Barbara Lawhorn, New Bern, N.C.; and 21 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
