I have a mystery Dover that appeared in Pulaski Co, AR near my Elijah Benson Dover. His family was 2 dwellings away from my EB on 1880 census with EB's daughter between them. His family were members of Zion Hill Bapt Church where my EB pastored and was associated for many years until his death. They are buried in the same cemetery as my EB (Sumner Cem near Jacksonville, AR) 1880 Pulaski Co,AR Bayou Meto Twp p.550B 91/91 Hendricks, Thos. 25 farmer TX GA Mary L 35 wife MS SC TN Henry W 1 son AR TX MS Dover, Robt L 8 s-son AR GA MS Dover, William W 5 s-son AR GA MS 92/92 Stobaugh, Andrew J. Dover gave no place of birth for parents, and Robert Dover gave MS for father and AL for mother. Wilson L Dover would have been 35 at the time of his marriage to Mary Dorsey from marriage record. Kinda old maybe for a first marriage. To date I have found no family connection to my Elijah Benson Dover. Does anyone have any idea who his parents might have been? He could sure use some. :-) I have further data on his descendants, if someone wants to claim him. Sharon S
