Per Bobbie Jean Frank: "Index to Pensioners" Isaac Lawson Dover Co F 10th Tenn Cav - Co C 2nd Batt 16th US Inf - Co C 25th and Co 1 18th US Inf - filed from Kansas I have copy of Cherokee Claim # 16169 filed by his wife Francis Ann (Norton) Dover. Isaac L. was b.ca1847 (was still living in 1907 on claim and was 60 years old) Her date of b. 10 Sept 1846 Peoria, ILL. Her parents were in Washington Co., MO in 1851. Her parents were James Norton/Rhoda Jane Dennis. James Norton d.17 Mar 1895 and Rhoda Jane d.12 July 1850. The Norton children were: 1. Elizabeth Jane Norton b. 17 Aug 1841 d. 1873 2. Thaddeus Milligan Norton b. 8 Jan 1843 d. 5 Aug (will have to look year up again) 3. Francis Ann Norton b. 10 Sept 1846 4. Elmira Alice Norton b. 6 Feb 1849 Isaac and Francis were living in Ft.
