Dover Captains District: Cross Number: 290 District: 20 County: Muscogee 42nd Day's Drawing 4/24 Fortunate Drawers: Francis J. Dover, R.S. Captains District: Cross Number: 247 District: 2 County: Troop So it looks like he drew land in two GA counties. Janelle D
