Here's the part of the 1934 letter about Lulu and Adolphus (other children mentioned too): Lulu, married Joe Tremby, contractor and builder. Her children's names are, Mary Jane, Ruth, Joe and Charles, who has a son named William Thomas Tremby, now 1934, 3 years of age. They all reside at 1008 Oak St., Chattanooga, Tenn. Adolph C. Dover. Died age 37. At the time of his death he was general manager and treasurer of Charlotte Roof and paving Co., Charlotte, N. C. Died in 1905. He was never married. Some of the people named in the 1934 letter are still alive. Maybe there's a family Bible, photographs, letters, etc. still in someones attic. It's a long story on my end, but a chance encounter in an Arkansas cemetery resulted in receiving a photograph of my 2nd great grandfather. I once thought too much time had passed to find little goodies about our aancestors .... it's NOT true. Good going Randy :-)
