Dover was born Feb. 8, 1867, at London England, a daughter of William H. Dover and Mary Ann Newcomb Dove. They were married in the St. George temple, June 4, 1884. They were parents of 10 children, 2 of whom have died. Today they have 63 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren."
