Going thru some WFT and noticed some interesting times and places. Mary HAMBRIGHT b 1784 in York, the daughter of Fred & Mary DOVER Hambright, died in Marshall County, Alabama in 1870. She was married to Rice/Reese PRICE in 1805 Marshall Co., AL, he the son of Thomas PRICE & Isabella SHARP. They had a son Samuel C. PRICE b 1825 Jackson Co., AL now Marshall Co., AL. These counties are in northeast Alabama. A lot of us on the list have connections in this part of Alabama. Wonder if Mary Hambright knew Joshua DOVER who was in Jackson County ... kin or strangers. Would be hard to imagine everyone didn't pretty much know everyone else for many miles around back then.
