Cousin Lou and I have been comparing notes and find that we have some discrepancies and questions about differences in our files. I was hoping someone out there could straighten us out, so am going to list the items we need help with. Anyone who has info, please help us out. We would appreciate it. #1 On William Allen Dover, son of Anderson Mancel Dover, we have two dates. They are June 10, 1861 and then June 10, 1863. Does anyone know which one is correct? #2 For Thomas Mancel Dover, son of Anderson Mancel Dover, we have, June 27, 1861 and June 27 1862. Anyone know the correct one on this? #3 We have a Rubye Beavers, marrying both Lester M. Dover son of William Allen Dover and then Elmer Dover, son of Thomas Mancel Dover. Did she indeed marry both of them? Does anyone know? Wonder also if Lester's middle name is Mancel? Would make sense to me, and would have carried through three generations. #4 For Freeman Dover, son of Thomas Mancel Dover, we have him marrying Lima Jackson or Johnson. Does anyone know the correct surname for Lima? Any dates of marriage anyone can share with us on the above two or possibly three marriages, or substantiation for them, would be great too.
